The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Our house is a detached home in a quiet southern location with views of the Swabian Alb. Set on the edge of a residential area, you overlook meadows and orchards—especially lovely during the blossom season in April and May. The 150 sq km Schönbuch Nature Park begins just 400 m away, offering extensive beech, oak, and conifer forests—ideal for hiking and cycling. Walddorfhäslach is conveniently located between Reutlingen (13 km), Tübingen (16 km), Metzingen (13 km), and Stuttgart (Messe 20 km). Despite the proximity to cultural sights, business centers, and shopping destinations like the Metzingen Outlet, you’ll enjoy a peaceful countryside setting. The well-tended garden with flowers, shrubs, lawns, and a vegetable patch surrounds the house. You can relax on the terrace or find a shady spot under the cherry tree. Separate entrance.
