Waikoloa Villas condo

There are only about 20 steps to the front door of the condo. Key box is easily seen. There is a view of one of the pools, part golf course and ocean in the distance from the lanai. Pool is far enough away that you don't get much noise from it, plus, it doesn't seem used very much. The condo has everything you need for cooking. We cooked most of our dinners there. The nonstick pans were in good shape. There is a blender, a small food processor, an and a slow cooker. The location of the unit is right across the parking lot to the main office building where they keep bright outdoor lights on all night so if you keep the blinds open in the main level bedroom in order to facilitate the wind, you will have a lot of light at night. A big shout out to the property manager, Kerrie, who is super responsive. I had a lot of questions and, each time, Kerrie responded within a couple of hours at most, and sometimes immediately. The location of the complex is good for accessing different sites around the island. I don't golf, but my spouse enjoyed the Waikoloa resort and got a small break on greens fees with the amenity card that the condo owner provides. I went to fun water aerobics classes with the amenity card. If you have trouble sleeping in a warm room, find another rental that has AC. Yes, there are trade winds but they don't always blow. The condo unit has two large fans which help. Overall, this condo worked for us and we had a great time.

Our October stay at the Villas

Enjoyed our three weeks although it was warmer than we anticipated in October. Next time we shall take weather into consideration. The unit provided a good view and the opportunity to enjoy all of our meals outside on the lanai. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Location offered easy access to grocery store and restaurants. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay.

Seemed like home

Lived in Kamuela years ago. Being here again was as if we never left. Waikoloa (mauka) was perhaps a nicer location if not for wind all but one day. Sure are more animals now. Goats, turkeys and even wild pigs. Plan to return yearly.

Conveniently located, spacious and lovely golf course and ocean view from balcony

We had the best experience in our stay , Keri was so helpful through out our stay . She gave a list of activities around the area and suggested best places to eat. The condo was conveniently located with north Waipio valley and Waimea reachable under 30 minutes. We even went to farmers market early morning to Parker’s school. It was easy access to saddle road to get to Hilo area and minutes from airport and Kona. Highly recommend this condo
