Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Shores at Waikoloa 134 is located in the Bo Tower Building at the Shores at Waikoloa. It is on the ground floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. The primary bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed with eating & cooking utensils and dish & glassware. The appliances were in excellent working order. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the community pool mostly by ourselves.

We had a fabulous time the kitchen was very well appointed, BBQ area was spotless the beds were comfy. When our coffee pot stopped working another was dropped off right away.We have never been disappointed with Resortica. Definitely coming back. Mahalo

Overall, this property was nice, good location, had been mostly updated and had good quiet hours. Nice pool. Countertop in kitchen is beautiful. Amenities were great. Bed was comfy.Could hear the birds chirping in the morning from the lanai. There was a lot of maintenance scheduled throughout the week which was a bit of a bummer.Recommend an opaque covering on shower windows for added privacy.
