Brand new Holiday Home 400m From Beach

Brand spanking new (finished in November 2022) three bedroom holiday home, just 400m from the beach. Sleeping up to eight people (two queen beds, two sets of bunks) this is the ideal retreat for one or two families to kick back and relax on a classic kiwi beach holiday.

Rooms are light and bright with brand new beds, bedding, and furniture. A large open plan kitchen, living, and dining space makes for great entertaining, as does the large eastern facing deck with BBQ.

Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Kitchen equipped with a scullery and brand new appliances. Full laundry.

Landscaping is still underway, so please note there is currently no grass or planting in place.

Full, exclusive use of the house with self-check-in via a lockbox. Access via outdoor stairs on both sides of the property.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Great holiday home

This is a fabulous holiday home! Great layout and with all the amenities you could need. Short walk to the local shop and of course the beach. Short drive to Waihi beach centre.
