Condo worked out great. Great location right on the beach, clean and well stocked. On-site management (Kim) was very responsive whenever we had questions. The homeless camps in the area were a bit of a downer but all n all a great stay.

If paradise had an address, it would be this beachfront stay. From the moment we arrived, the ocean basically hugged us hello. The views? Unreal. The waves were our soundtrack, the sunsets were our nightly entertainment, and the beach was literally our backyard — zero commute, 10/10 convenience. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for both relaxation and pretending we were locals. We drank coffee with the ocean, ate shrimp like it was our job, and fell asleep to the sound of waves instead of alarms. The only thing better than the location was the memories we made in it.

We loved this resort, can not understand the negative comments of no restaurants etc. Yes there are homeless camps, these poor people have to live some where !!

The unit was nice and comfortable, but it was a tough place because of the limited shopping options. If the unit was closer to Honolulu and had better shopping, restaurants, and amenities, we would have been able to avoid driving so much. Unfortunately, the area has a significant homeless problem.

The room was good with cookware and dishes. No extras (seasoning, cooking spray or oil), and the restaurants in the area are limited. View from the room was great. Beach access right there. Staff friendly.

Beach view was incredible watching the turtles every morning. The staff was very accommodating allowing for a late check out & was a perfect stay for our time in Oahu & work events I needed to attend.

We absolutely love that place ! Specially being luck of getting a ground floor unit ( number 102)! We were steps from the beach, with our feet in the sand !!!!! The beach is calm , beautiful and quiet ! Like a private beach ! I would definitely staying there again ! We were a group of 5 and slept comfortably!

The property is located right on the beach. Your lanai (patio) is literally facing the sand and ocean. Beautiful sight to see and listen to from your room at night.

This was a beautiful condo. The beach area was breathtaking. It is an hour drive from any of the tourist attractions so if you are wanting to see the sights, keep that in mind. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is perfect. There are some homeless tents across the beach area, but I never felt unsafe at the resort. The only issue I had was that I failed to read the fine print on Expedia that check-in was before 5 and we should call for late check-in instructions. The condo never contacted us to tell us that. Our flight didn't land until 4:30 so we didn't check in earlier. This caused some confusion when we got there, but the night security guard walked us through what to do, and all was well.

Fairly okay condo/timeshare building with a pretty nice beach. But to get there you have to drive an hour from the airport and pass about a dozen homeless encampments. Really did not feel safe in this neighborhood. Plus the property managers give you a full binder full of rules you must follow. I do not recommend this property

The property was super nice and quiet for a quick getaway from the tourist attractions but the surrounding area needs a lot help from the local community. We encountered many homeless people living near the beach . One night we were woken up by a homeless women yelling super loud through out the beach. Nothing scary just annoying. Please note the condo is perfect but the homeless people are slowly embarking the beach area making it not pretty.
Just shy to the left of our condo there were several homeless people living there on the beach.

The corner unit we had was amazing and it was super clean. The photos perfectly matched what the unit looked like. You open all three doors and you have ocean views and sounds from every room! The homeless near the condos dont come onto your the beach. You dont bother them and they dont bother you. Very happy overall

We absolutely loved the ocean view from our unit. Water was clear and nice with just handful of people on the beach - very relaxing. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. However, the surrounding area wasn’t too attractive with many homeless people at the parks and other nearby beaches so my daughter and I didn’t feel safe enough to take a walk outside of our gated property and also we went to a restaurant at the army base nearby two nights in a row because we didn’t find anything else we wanted to try after dark. The place has a nice kitchen and BBQ grills that you can buy groceries and cook which is a nice option to have.
