לא היה אף אחד בקבלה כשהיגענו. לא ניכו את החדרים ולא הוסיפו סבון רחצה למקלחת. נאלצנו כל פעם לרדת 2 קומות ללא מעלית כדי לחפש מישהוא שיספק את החסר

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt ift skibussen. Hotellet er hyggeligt og personalet utrolig flinke

Nicht das, was man erwartet

Das was geboten wurde, stimmt nicht mit der Hotelbeschreibung überein. Bei der Ankunft war niemand im Hotel, man musste einen online checking machen. Personal ist nur von 7-10 und von 17-20 Uhr da. Die Zimmer wurden anfangs nicht gereinigt, erst auf Nachfrage und das auch nur sehr schlampig. Toilettenpapier musste man selbst besorgen. Es gab weder ein Restaurant, in dem man Abendessen konnte noch eine Bar, wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt wie in einem Hostel aber nicht wie in einem Hotel.
