New mattress needed!

The staff was nice and friendly. The room decor was dated but clean. However, the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows lumpy. My wife and I had sore necks and backs all day. Hilton needs to toss the old mattress and get a new one. Normally we love staying at a Hilton hotel, but not this one.

I stayed at this property in a suite after having surgery so I could recover for a week before flying home and I really thought they had put me in a room designed for little people because the toilet was so small until I used the public facilities outside of the restaurant and they were all just as short. Their laundry facility was not working and they told me I could walk a half a mile to the next hotel and use theirs not what I expected at all. I booked this hotel for comfort and convenience and it was neither.
