I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were absolutely great - welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness really made the experience even better. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets - pure magic in the evening. I am a sunset lover and watching the sunset from the balcony was simply incredible. My room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day exploring Petra. The location is ideal, very close to the Petra Visitor Center, which makes it perfect for an early bird visit before the crowds arrive. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I would definitely come back.

this hotel was excellent and gave the best service i’ve ever recieved at a hotel. it’s brand new and very clean, and the room was large and modern looking. if you go to petra there’s no better place to stay. Maher who works here is very kind and goes above and beyond with his service. he helped us book the jett bus and even picked us up on arrival. it is run by locals and definitely worth staying at. thank you!

페트라에서 차로 7분정도 거리에 있었지만 렌트카가 있고 구글리뷰가 좋아서 예약을 했었습니다. 오픈한지 몇달 안되어서 깨끗했고 지배인 인 듯한 직원분이 직접 룸까지 안내해주시고 직원분들이 다 친절했고 방도 뷰가 좋은 파노라마 객실로 업그레이드 해 주셨습니다. 조식도 맛있었고 적극 추천합니다.

새로 지어져서 그런지 비슷한 가격대의 다른 호텔들에 비해 청결도나 내부 인프라가 압도적으로 좋습니다. 아침도 맛있고 바로 앞에 주유소가 있어서 렌터카 이용하시는 분들께 편리합니다. (근처에 ‘반석’이라는 한식당도 있는데 매우 추천합니다) 다만, 페트라 쪽이라서 그런지 수압이 매우 약하고 3명 연달아 샤워하면 2번째 사람부터는 온수가 안 나오고 3번째 사람부터는 중간에 물이 끊깁니다. 이게 치명적인 단점이라ㅜ 개선하거나 끊김 없이 물을 사용할 수 있는 방법을 미리 알려주시면 좋겠네요.
