Nice convenient place to stay for Petra, staff were amazing and the food beautiful. Just a shame that there is no air-conditioning as advertised something you would expect.

For the price of the hotel , the breakfast is nothing outstanding and the service is TERRIBLE. There are few waiters around and their only job is to pour coffee but they are busy talking to each other and just standing around

Incredibly beautiful hotel that is literally right across the street from the Petra entrance. Very helpful staff, Waleed who works at the front desk even took our car to fill the air in the tire after we noticed it was low. Housekeeping staff Hamza and Fahed also were very helpful as well. Very large and scrumptious breakfast too.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Great service from the beginning in the lobby they welcome you with a nice words of Petra. They bring all you stuff to the room.
