There's an additional living area with a 65" Smart TV with Sky package and Wi-Fi. Find a selection of books and games for families. Whether you're snuggled up by the fire with a good book, or having a friendly game of Monopoly, there's something for everyone to enjoy.The outdoor area is ideal for entertaining, with doors opening onto a spacious patio and garden. Fire up the charcoal grill to enjoy delicious meals with family and friends, or light up the Ooni pizza oven for outdoor dining while soaking up the Cornish sunshine.All four of the bedrooms are located on the ground level, ensuring easy access for all guests. Bedroom one is a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), with an en-suite shower room including walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom two is a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Plus two additional twin rooms which share a family bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is an additional toilet next to the kitchen. The showers have been newly refurbished for Easter 2024.The beautiful village of Rock is located on the North Cornwall coast, just across the River Camel from the charming town of Padstow. Known for its sandy beach and calm waters, Rock is a popular destination for families, couples and water sports enthusiasts.For those looking to explore the surrounding area, Padstow is just a short ferry ride away. This picturesque fishing town is home to a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as some of the best seafood in Cornwall. Don't miss the opportunity to sample some of Rick Stein's famous fish and chips or indulge in some fresh crab or lobster at one of the many seafood restaurants.Beyond Padstow, the area is full of stunning coastal walks, hidden coves and beautiful beaches. Guests will need to download the Pod Point app to use the EV Charger on a pay-as-you-go basis.
