Behind the green door lies an inviting, contemporary home with 2 bedrooms, super-comfy beds (1 king and 1 queen), a relaxing living room with sofa bed (queen) and smart TV, a full-size kitchen with cooking utensils & coffee, board games, and countless delightful details! You`ll have exclusive, private use of the interior of your home, accessed using the digital keypad lock.

The trendy, fully-fenced outdoor space features a hot tub, 2 fire pits, picnic tables, seating, and a gas grill. Propane is provided for the fire pits and grill. Your group may even want to get competitive with a lively game of cornhole! Outdoor amenities are shared with the other 3 homes in the Uptown Peach quadplex.

Your pet is welcome, upon request, with a $50 pet fee! Waste bags are provided for easy cleanup.

* You`ll have exclusive, private use of the interior of your suite and breakfast patio. Fenced yard, courtyard amenities, and parking area are shared among all guests in the Uptown Peach quadruplex.
* Guest will be required to sign Rental Agreement prior to check in.
* Guest support is available via chat during your stay.
* One pet is welcome upon request with a $50 pet fee.
* For our guests’ safety and peace-of-mind, security cameras monitor access to the property.
* There is no lock preventing access to the hot tub. Children, pets, and vulnerable adults should be supervised when around this area
* In order to give housekeeping staff the day off, our calendar does not permit check-in on Sundays.
