Lady with a green hair was very rude… will not be staying at this location ever again… while the facility is nice. I also work in public service and a little bit of kindness goes a long way and her attitude is simply unacceptable…. I do like your facility, though the hot tub full are amazing…. Unfortunately, your four choices in customers service will cost business… I’m sure that has no bearing on your business but that’s my opinion. Thank you. Have a good day..

It was great the only issue was that it was SO hot the ac was automatic and you couldn’t change it. It was too quiet and stuffy due to the ac being off I kept waking up hot but other than that the hotel was great clean friendly staff.

Great stay

Nice hotel close to downtown Waco attractions. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm visiting Waco. Our room was clean, but there was some peeling paint in the bathroom. We enjoyed the morning breakfast. Everything was well-stocked and fresh. The outdoor pool area is nicely shaded and family -friendly.

A lot of homeless around and a squatters camp across the street Men and women doing illegal things and breakfast eggs and sausage was cold and under cooked But front desk staff was great
