Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over an external stair. The rooms are divided as follows:
1st floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge and TV. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Vrbnik, district of Vrbnik. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in a car park in the town (distance 200 m). Private parking spaces are located 200 m from the accommodation. The accommodation is not directly accessible by car.
