Our accommodation is a brand new fully equipped villa with a swimming pool. Our villa is a three bedrooms, three bathrooms with toilet and one additional toilet. There is also a living room with a big, flat, smart tv screen and stylish white kitchen with all the appliances including dishwasher, oven, fridge, kitchen hood, induction stove and everything else for casual a comfortable stay. All bedrooms are fitted out with flat screen TV with satellite tv program and more than 300 channels with a variety of language possibilities. Every bedroom has its on separate bathroom for a cozier stay.
The whole place is totally covered with wifi and completely air conditonated. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. A lovely big 30m2 terrace overlooking the swimming pool is equipped with a big outside dining table and near the pool you can find a pool bar and an outside barbecue place. Parking spaces are available and free of charge. The alarm system is installed and the use is
optional, also free of charge.

Best holiday ever
The house is briljant. It is everything you could wish for. Close to Pula but secluded and very private. The pool is perfect with a private deck. The big outdoor table on the patio is perfect for breakfast for 6 persons. Our hosts are superb and very friendly. All your wishes they will help with. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The choice of beds is also great. Super sleep. The airconditionings all work very. well. No flimsy units, they are strong and make the whole house comfortable cold. The bathrooms are all well thought through and a pleasure to use. If in doubt book this house. You will not be sorry.
