The fact that anyone would purposely check themselves into this hotel blows my mind. Our flight landed late we booked this place as we were on our way to it because it was near and the pictures looked like the place was clean and we only needed a place for the night. We got there and it was nothing like the pictures looked like. The room hadnt been clean at all, there was still garbage in different places across the room. The one that blew my mind is when i lifted the toilet seat and there was still urine stains on the toilet seat that were fresh. I was so disgusted i called my wife showed her and we immediately checked out we didnt even place our stuff down. I went downstairs to the staff and was told that since i booked through expedia they couldnt do much and i had to deal with it through expedia. I have no idea how this place has the rating that it has, I’m never the type to bash a business if i go somewhere and don’t like it i just don’t go back but after what i saw i had to write this so others don’t make the same mistake i did.

Pode ser melhor.

Quartos com tamanho bom. Chuveiro sem água quente, televisão sem som na maioria dos canais e quartos não isolados acusticamente. Muita bagunça com conversas e barulho de carrinho passando no corredor. Atendentes atenciosos, hotel bem localizado, café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, mas ainda assim foi bom.

Hospedagem rápida mas poderia ter sido melhor

PONTOS NEGATIVOS : Quarto de casal minúsculo com uma sensação de que necessita um upgrade, cortinas sujas, travesseiros horriveis (muito finos e surrados), vaso solto no banheiro (comuniquei à recepção no checkout), bancada torta quase caindo. O quarto era de casal, colchão muito bom porém descobrimos que o hotel juntou duas camas de solteiro para fazer o casal .......assim não dá né....Café da manhã sem muita variedade e as opções de cara não gostamos.... PONTOS POSITIVOS : O hotel é muito bem localizado com um bom estacionamento sem exageros, restaurante muito bom também.

Hotel muito bom. Bem localizado, limpo, atendimento muito simpático e cordial. Peca em alguns detalhes. Não tem lugar para abrir as malas. Só tem um apoio por quarto. A torneira do banheiro (pia) tem aquele sistema de valvula para desligar ( tipo descarga) não tem como controlar a pressao. Para escovar os dentes precisa apertar o botão varias vezes. Outro ponto negativo foi o barulho da rua. Pedi na reserva andar alto. Me colocaram no 3o Andar (que corresponde ao 2o) Barulho de onibus com frequencia durante a madrugada. Ficamos no quarto 304 B. Muito barulhento
