This property is a very unique TROPICAL PARADISE with its own private half acre pond for canoeing or fishing, tennis court, pickle ball, pool and spa, game room, fire pit and bbq. It's like a MINI all for you to use privately with your guests. All within minutes to the best beaches, attractions (like LEGOLAND), cuisine and craft brews San Diego has to offer.

****There are 3 different residences on the 2.5 acre property. Your residence is your own house, all amenities and features are for your exclusive use .
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio.
