Two bedrooms with a double bed are located on the ground floor of the house, both with en suite bathrooms and one with a Finnish sauna. The other two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms are located on the first floor of the house, one of which has an additional single bed. On the ground floor of the house, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, as well as a spacious living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace.
In the spacious courtyard of the villa, you will find a spacious heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming and associated deck chairs. There is also a summer kitchen with a fireplace and an outdoor dining table that can host up to 10 people. The surprise of the villa is certainly the basement where you will find a tavern with a bar and an additional dining table, as well as a wine cellar with a selection of red and white wines from the Istrian region.
