Very nice stay

When we arrived, check-in went very smooth. We got to our room and could tell something wasn't right. They had just shampooed the rugs and there was water all over the floor. We could the desk and they quickly moved us to another room. The next room was very nice and clean. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant. It was very good. Normally we stay at hotels that have some sort of breakfast, this hotel does not. But we knew that. The pool and sauna were very nice. The hot tub while hot did not have the jets working. All in all, it was a very nice stay and would stay there again. It is a time share but we were never 'hassled' to purchase.

Nothing is wrong or bad this is the greatest hotel we have been in. Staff is so caring. They all are very helpful. Jo Hanna was so great she really knows the area and the best restaurants.It is very clean

It looks like they have started to remodel just need to finish .. pool and jacuzzi. Was nice but the jets on the jacuzzi didn't work

Great location, friendly staff. Units are a little outdated, but clean. More of a timeshare than a hotel, so need to clean up after yourselves. Trash, dishes etc. Nice pool area and laid back bar/restaurant on site. Overall Had a great time.

Just steps away from beach concerts, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. **Stunning Views** Wake up to breathtaking sunrises and enjoy panoramic views of the beach and boardwalk from your private balcony. **Comfortable & Well-Equipped Property** The resort offers spacious rooms with full kitchens (including utensils, cookware, and appliances), a cozy living/dining area, and great amenities like a rooftop pool, sauna, and sun deck. Additional perks include a safety box, on-site gym, restaurant, laundry facilities, and complimentary morning coffee in the lobby. While the decor is slightly dated, the convenience and comfort more than make up for it. **Exceptional Service** The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help—making our stay even more enjoyable. I just stayed at The Ocean Sands Resort. The staff is friendly, the property was clean. I had to call for a small issue in my room and maintenance was up within minutes and helped me with my “user error” issue I was having. Not a problem with the room it’s self. It was nice to have like a mini apartment for the week instead of feeling like I was in a hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Its a okay place

Not to say its the worse place ive stayed and definitely not the best. This place needs some major updates. Kids dont care so if you have kids its a great location with lots to do. A decent, but small pool that the hot tub jets didnt work our entire 3 days there. We were there spring break and the pool had some times where it was pretty packed, but ill chop that up to it was spring break and the beach was still cold to swin in. Anyways, its a okay place and a minute walk to the beach.

Had an overall great stay! The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. Only down side is the pool. It started out at 4 ft which is not the best for small children.

Was a great place to stay by myself while attending a conference for the week. Location is a plus. Wonderful views. Needs updating but you get a good deal for the price compared to similar outdated hotels. Kitchen and balcony were very nice to have.

First time and won't be the last

It was excellent. One of the few suggestions I have to to replace the shower heads with handheld showers so that way people of all sizes and genders can bathe easier. Otherwise it has the best amenities I've seen in a hotel so far. Free laundry is definitely a plus (just bring your own detergent. ) came here for an anniversary, willl definitely come again with friends and family.

We had a nice time overall. Property could use some upgrading, rugs need to be changed out, bathroom update, etc.. Best feature is the view from balcony. Amazing sunrise and evening view. Staff were friendly and helpful.
