Day 1 Saturday 4/12/25 we tried to enter property no access then we were let in I believe by resident. Then next problem not knowing key pad to penthouse not working thinking somehow we didn’t get instructions right then texting for help two time finding out to use stairs from 15 floor to get to unit for pass for parking and fobs. That was just the beginning no Heat calling on call maintenance to get no answer finding thermostat off wall and wondering why portable AC units were in windows making it colder in home . We have pictures to support problems . Finding out person who told us how to get up to unit was supervisor of maintenance. We went to office on Sunday a Mr Steve got us along with Mike two space heater one didn’t work so had to request another and ask for supervisor.Then he walked with us to make sure all amenities could be entered because that night arrived dog stuff at elevators when walked out we tried at 630 pm to checkout things fobs didn’t work, but we checked with him all good , later a brand new space heater was bought to us, I was messaged it was at front door though messaging.Next making breakfast to find out kitchen sink was clogged very slow draining, went to office again on Monday morning and was told to message our complaint or virbo system . It is now 1:08pm seen no one will to go get drain cleaner ourselves but know it should be done not by us . The reason we are saying this because much more we feel is not appropriate for us as customers.
