I’m an elite member of two big global chains, and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Stayed two nights and although the noise was loud outside the hotel, was comfortable inside. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient.

Where do I begin? When we pulled up we were immediately disappointed, it was clearly a motel nothing about the outside appearance gave premium rooms and suites vibes but we proceeded to see what the interior rooms looked like. As a professional cleaner, the first thing you can see are the filthy windows into each room, second red flag. Third red flag was the front desk clerk who looked fresh out of rehab or maybe on her way in. Fourth red flag was the fact that she said the phones in the rooms didn't work. Fifth red flag was the actual rooms that smelled bad, the beds were thrown together and 319 had brown stains in the shower. The final flag was the partial ocean view that was really a parking lot view. To see the ocean you had to lean around the balcony extending your neck over the balcony and risking falling to see a slither of the ocean. We had seen enough and decided to find another hotel. The front desk clerk became frustrated and rude when we explained our issues and returned the keys. She even had the audacity to only refund 1 night for two rooms. Beware, do not stay here unless you don't mind risking your health and safety.

I’ve stayed in worse and I’ve stayed in much better. You get what you pay for. Keep in mind, this whole area is near a Navy Station. Jets were flying back and forth all day and night, which sounded like WWIII right outside my window. The parking garage is really small, it’s hard to park when you have a large vehicle. Didn’t even bother eating breakfast since there was only scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels and bananas. Pool was closed. The “partial ocean view” is just a tiny window where you can see a little bit of the beach. The mattress on the pull out couch was really thin, we had to layer it with blankets so that my son could sleep a little bit more comfortably. I did like how spacious the suite was and it was clean.
