The property was nice but the check-in process was a nightmare. I arrived and checked in but my room wasn’t ready. I was told I would be texted when the room was ready . I personally checked 3 times 2.5 hours later. I never received a text. The drive around the front was so congested people couldn’t check in without drama and frustration.

Great place to stay. Enjoyable atmosphere, amenities and location. Live music outside between the neighboring building. Room was missing several necessities but items were provided promptly. Biggest con was the queen size bed was sinking towards the middle which made it fairly uncomfortable and difficult to sleep through the night.

Hotel was great. Service sucked. Asked for towels 3 times and never received them. Kid threw up in the pool, so the pool was closed. Tiki bar mixed up credit cards and then lost ours. We will never go back.

The property is nice, no maid service unless requested which I did not like. The area around the hotel is fine, very touristy. No beach chairs or towels unless you pay so bring your own.

4 Day Vacation

Great hotel. Very nice and clean. Amenities were excellent. 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor. Tiki Bar and restaurant. We had a studio with ocean view. It was more of a view of the hotel next door and the ocean out back of us. It had a little balcony, nice microwave, big screen tv, small fridge and an actual kitchenette sink. Dishes were also provided but we didn't use them. Anytime I asked for more towels, staff had them to the room right away. All around good stay and would recommend it to others!

Small rooms, poorly equipped rooms, front desk unfriendly, restaurants sub par, small balconies, tv outdated, bed small, all furnishings low quality, overall understaffed, Coffee maker missing parts, inadequate number of towels, not enough trash receptacles inadequate, AC unit antiquated, and all of this was at a rate far more expensive than comparable properties. Do. Not. Stay. Here.
