Room was clean and ready when we arrived. The two beds in the bedroom are comfortable, the mattress on the pullout couch is absolutely awful and you can feel every spring, extremely hard to sleep on and uncomfortable. Air conditioning worked well, room stayed nice and cool even on the recent very hot days. Can hear other guest, and street traffic unfortunately we had neighbneighbors who thought appropriate to blast music and scream at eachother until early morning hours, which we could hear with ease. There's only one elevator for all rooms, and it isn't kept very clean, at one point during our stay someone had vomited in the elevator rendering it useless until cleaned, which is unfavorable when you have a stroller and cannot use the stairs. They painted the exterior walls, and didn't put up wet paint signs, so my 10 year old ruined a brand new hoodie. Its an okay property, we probably won't stay here again, but for the price it could be worse.
