Hotel is dated smell of must. AC units in room are dated and need to be updated. Italian restaurant on the 6 th floor was amazing. Waiter Mike was awesome food was great.

I heard they will be renovating in October which is very much needed. The elevators closed on people including myself. Our balcony door was very hard to open and our AC was super loud. The pools were great and it was very kid friendly

Don’t book. Before arrival I was charged over $800 “accidentally” and had no reason behind the charge. The refund is still processing, they will charge your card at random even if your stay is “pay at the property” offered free parking in return which is only $10 not a fair trade at all. The parking is TERRIBLE once you find a park I recommend to Uber because there will not be any spots left when you return. The A/C went out in the middle of the night and woke up to no hot water, unable to flush the toilets and next to no water from the sink to brush our teeth. The staff knew about this issue and did not tell the guest. Our first time booking here and will not book again. Our normal hotel was sold out, a lot of fine print about this hotel is missing.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked 3 nights here and left after only a few hours of being there. The beds were hard and the springs were popping out and there were areas of carpet coming up in our room. The room was dirty and it was obvious it had not been deep cleaned in quite some time. When we arrived to check in at 4pm, they had no idea which rooms were clean and which rooms were dirty so we sat in the lobby for 30 minutes past check in because they didn’t have a room. Once we got our room, we took the elevator to get there. Upon the elevator doors opening, the hallways had absolutely no air conditioning so you had to walk through a musty smelling hallway to get to the room. The room was dirty and not kept at all. We also had the fire alarms going off in the hotel for 20+ minutes with no explanation from staff. People were evacuating because we had no information. We stood outside for over 30 minutes with absolutely no communication or idea if there actually was a fire. This is not up to par with many of the holiday inns I have stayed in. It was a horrible experience. The property is outdated which is fine, but has not been kept up with or gotten the attention it so desperately needs. I had high hopes for the property, but won’t be back.

This hotel is right on the beach and the staff were very nice. However, the pools were very dirty, carpets old and smelly, and the balcony door was broken. I am not sure this place is worth the price.

Loved the location to the beach. Loved the pool. Room was not great. People At checkin were friendly. Bathroom needs a lot of updating. Wall paper in bathroom was torn. Wood below sink really rough looking. Was told we would receive a call when our room was ready and did not. Had to exit our room because the fire alarm went off. I understand it was not the employees fault but no one came out outside to tell us what was going on and how long we needed to stay outside.

Make sure the hot tub work before you book

The reason I booked the hotel was for the indoor and outdoor hot tubs but neither was working we arrived. It was very disappointing. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

We had the best time with our toddler. We loved that it was right on the beach, and also had multiple pools, one of which was indoors which was awesome when it wasn't so nice outside. We loved the property and the breakfast was delicious. The elevator was pretty slow and that was the most annoying lart of our stay, but our girl loved the elevator rides so it wasnt even that big of a deal.
