We enjoyed our long weekend at the Holiday Inn Oceanside hotel. Staff, amenities & especially the location were the best. Only small issue was one elevator was broken intermittently, so we had to use the stairs on a few occasions. 9th floor is a hike on a hot day. Otherwise, very happy and we would return again! Thank you!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn on 21st Street in Virginia Beach, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful — from the front desk team to the housekeepers, and especially the waitress at the on-site restaurant. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. The room and entire property were incredibly clean, which made the stay all the more comfortable. Another huge plus — kids eat free at the hotel’s on-site restaurant! That made meals super convenient and budget-friendly for families. Between the outstanding customer service, spotless environment, and family-friendly perks, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Virginia Beach. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Restaurant food was good….parking really needs works I could have used the valet but that would have been more money to dish out…..when we checked in our room the tub was dirty and the sliding glass door to the deck has a very big step up and over to get to the deck …..very dangerous. The beds were comfy air conditioning was loud and made noise all night….. it was hot so we had to run it. I like hotels that have walk in showers so that was a plus for them.Great location

Overall it was nice, great view, although the shades in our room were broken which we didn't realize till late in the evening. As the sun rose, it filled our bedroom with light, waking everybody up at the crack of dawn. I did let the staff know, and they were apologetic and gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers.

Overall experience was great. Loved having refrigerator and microwave in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The location was also great! However, the pool was very small and the water appeared cloudy. The food at the bar and grill was good.

The hotel stay was good. My only issue was parking. There's very lil parking onsite and very lil parking at the offsite parking. Guest shouldn't have to worry about beating others to a parking spot.

Excellent stay, the staff was super-helpful. Very well managed surrounds. Bar and restaurant in the building is super convenient. The shops across the street is a big plus. The pool did feel like a sauna, when it is 90 degrees outside. Also had to ask for extra towels, which could have been provided upfront. The reservation for 4 was made months ahead.
