This place sucks

They wouldn't let me check in, as their system was down. It was 10:30PM after a 5 hour drive, so I canceled on the spot at the facility and they charged me anyway.

They need to exterminate the rooms. There were Roaches in the bathroom, crawling on the walls. I had to go buy roach spray just to stay 2 nights. We checked out very early the next morning when i saw bugs in the sink. I will NEVER stay at this chain again.

Awful. The staff are under intense pressure from management and treat guests like criminals. They will cheat you. Be very careful. Other alternatives are nearby.

Don't stay here unless you love cigarette smoke

We reserved a non smoking room. They had it labelled noon smoking, but there was an ash tray there and it stunk of smoke and has blood on the nightstand. When we arrived, there were police taking someone off in handcuffs from a room for a domestic dispute. We left because we didn't get a non smoking room and the hotel or hotels.com refused to give us money back. Unless hotels.com makes this right, we will never use them again.

Never Stay here

I did not stay there. The room was in the back with loud noise and drug sales. I asked for another room and was disrespected and told to leave. If you’re looking for comfort, wrong place. If you’re looking for drugs, loud noises and prostitution, that’s the place. I had to call the police on the front desk clerk. Need
