parking - a little tight but nonetheless good and many spots available water - for some reason the sinks could not get cold water to come out, only warm/hot. not a big deal because i prefer warm water anyway, but for skincare i need the cold water. overall, 10/10 would come back again!

This property was average. I don’t like the resort fees that they are charging, I don’t like the parking fees that they charge, and I didn’t like how room service only become an option after your 8th stay in the room. I don’t like how there aren’t any coffee stations in common areas of the establishment. Overall, it’s okay. They do have indoor pools. Overall, Beach Quarters was okay.

Overall, the stay was okay. Pros: The front desk was extremely nice and so helpful. There was a problem with finding my reservation but they got things fixed and figured out right away. The room was nice and clean and the view of the beach was so beautiful during dusk and dawn. Cons: the parking garage is so small that there is only enough space for one car to enter or exit at a time. If you're driving too fast or not paying attention, an accident can easily happen. Also, there's no designated space for anyone to walk. You will have to either let the car pass then walk or walk and the car will have to wait. Next, there was a $200 deposit which cost more than the actual reservation. Inside of the room (I had the "Run of the House" option) and the toilet was in a room so small that we had to use the bathroom with the door open. Not to mention, the toilet was so low that it only came to the middle of my calf (I'm 5'4"). The shower/tub was so high that we had to sit on the side and swing ourselves in and out of it. The TV inside of the room had such bad quality. Each channel was blurry and fuzzy. The mattress was firm but had a sunken spot in the middle. Also, the box spring under the bed was so noisy everytime we moved or sat on the bed. We had to take out our own trash and there was no daily housekeeping. *Side note* the family next to us was so loud and disruptive due to the thin walls (they could've also just had loud voices). I noticed this on our last day here.

I messed up the number of nights we needed to stay. The type of room we had was sold out for the night. I booked our extra night thru the app. I then talked to the front desk and they assisted us by getting our new room while letting us stay in our room before cleaning it. Thanks for making this move so easy on us!

Our family/friends were in town for my niece’s 21st birthday. Not only was check in quick/easy but the front desk staff & concierge was friendly, knowledgeable and acknowledged my niece’s bday with a smile and gifts. The rooms were oceanfront with balcony! Absolutely beautiful

Efficiency was updated and well maintained. Very convenient to entertainment and a variety of dining options and easy access to the beach. The unit we were in would be great for a small family.

Amazing!

This place was incredible! The view from the 10th floor cannot be beat! Only downside is the parking garage, it is very tight even in a medium size car.

The hotel its sec was great. Located right on the beach with great views. Staff was super friendly and text me everyday to see if I needed anything. Nice indoor pool and hot tub just a little small. There seemed to be a lot of cool outdoor activities if I was there during warmer times. Cons: The parking garage is not made for anything bigger than a standard car. It gave me anxiety parking my midsize SUV. They did offer overflow parking in a lot behind the hotel across the street which we used after the first and only time parking in the garage. The bed was very firm, which for me is a con others love that. Lastly, the shower was in the room with everything else. There was no privacy. I lucky was with my teenage daughter and not my teenage son because that would have been awkward. Also, the shower had a 2 foot tall 1 foot wide ledge that made it a little difficult to get in and out of the shower.
