RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Fines beginning at $500 may be applied for smoking of any kind in or near the property.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.

4. All houses are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests agree to take responsibility for the home, report damages and cover expenses via personal payment or pre-purchased travel insurance.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. PETS are NOT permitted at this property.

8. Parking: Off-street parking is provided for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, Located beside the house. Curbside trash pickup day is Tuesday morning. Please put trash can on curb on Monday evening for Tuesday morning pick-up and return trash can from the street after pickup.

11. Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.

Refunds: Your 50% booking fee is nonrefundable (unless you purchase optional travel insurance and your cancellation is approved).

The house is incredibly spacious and for a group of ladies, there are a perfect amount of showers and kitchen space! The layout is lovely and it's the perfect distance from the beach to walk. We're already talking about staying there again.

Loved this home!

I traveled with my friend, my daughter and her friend. I knew the house was nice from pictures, but so much better than expected. My daughter and her friend stayed sweets upstairs. When I say these sweets are amazing… i mean amazing. Kids were so excited!!! House was very clean and well decorated. Worth every penny. Location was also a plus. Literally a 5 minute walk to beach for us. I would love to book this home again next year.

Overall it was fine. The house is old but has been updated. There were some areas that hadn’t been cleaned but overall it was a good place to sleep.

It’s at a perfect location to walk to the beach and a grocery store. The set up was great for multiple families vacationing together. All necessities were provided. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends do a group trip every year and this had to be the worst communication with a property owner we have ever had. Throughout the entire trip the owner did not respond to any of my messages until finally after I had to call Virbo to get into contact with the owner. Also there were multiple cockroaches on the property. We took pictures of them and the owner told us they were “water/palmetto bugs”. It wouldn’t surprise me if we didn’t take pictures she probably would have just ignored it because there was no proof. The owner also kept saying that it is a “Beach Town” and this happens. Everything that was not the property and the property owner was a great experience. Just be aware for what you are signing up for.

Great family beach getaway

Beautiful house in fantastic location! Very clean and nicely decorated. Ample parking and super easy check in process. Overall, a really nice place and very comfortable. Only a couple of issues: house described at 5 bedrooms and we had 4 adult couples. It’s really 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs with attached living room suites- quite nice and roomy. But since you have to walk through this room to get to bedroom, it’s not conducive to more than 3 couples but probably fine for younger kids. With 8 adults, we only had 1 bath towel per person and zero washcloths. When I asked about this the response back was that is all they provide and I can use laundry area to wash/reuse as needed. We also couldn’t get 4 of the 5 tvs to work. Finally got the downstairs family room to work but couldn’t use either of the upstairs family room tvs or one of those he upstairs bedroom tvs. When I asked how quickly this could be resolved the next morning the response I got back was whether the internet was working. Not sure who/ how property is managed but left bad impression on an otherwise nice place. Not so much that I had to buy my own washcloths at Walmart or not watch tv, but that the property manager just didn’t seem to give a hoot.

Fantastic location!

A group of us stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. The location is fantastic! The home was very clean. Check in was easy. We were noisy the first night and Frank had to call and ask us to keep the noise down. He was very polite about it. The neighbors are very close.

Absolutely would stay again!

We loved this property. The location was great. We are a family of 6. One of the children has cerebral palsy, and we were worried about the walk to the beach. However, it was seriously that close. He was able to make the walk multiple times a day with minimal issues. The house itself was large enough for everyone to have their own space. It is a neat layout with the extra 2 mini kitchens. It must have been a duplex or something at some point. But it was really nice in the middle of the night, you didn't have to walk downstairs to get a drink. We also loved the multiple bathrooms and the outdoor shower (which was a must with 4 kids coming from the beach). The only things you need to bring are your beach items, like beach towels, umbrella, chairs, etc. We really, really enjoyed this beach house and would definitely book again.

Getaway with a family of 10

The house was beautiful, and only 2 blocks from the boardwalk!! It was great for my wife and I, and our 4 kids and their SO's. If I had to find negative, which there really wasn't, I would say to make sure you bring your own washcloths, as that was the only thing that we couldn't find, lol!!!! No, but really, the house was great and roomy, and and in a great location in proximity to the beach!! 5 🌟 ⭐ 🌠 💫 all the way❤

Great Property

AccommodationS were great. Had everything we needed to accommodate our family. Plenty of space to allow a little separation between the kiddos and adults. Close to local attractions and very close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is really well kept and nice and modern. Really good for a few families or some friends getting together. The kitchen is a great place to gather. The house is also located in a fantastic place. A couple of blocks from the Beach and also not far from bars, restaurants etc

Good location. Very close to the beach and easy access to the boardwalk. Easy check in and out process. Nice long table and sitting area for a big group. We had 9 and it was comfortable!
