This luxurious holiday home is located near the resort of Crikvenica, in the natural area, in the village of Grižane. Far from the everyday noise and hustle and bustle and yet it is only a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches in Crikvenica.
Private pool outside ensures your refreshment and the gas grill that is at your disposal will make preparing food a breeze.
In the garden next to the pool there are sun loungers, parasols and a swing available.
The house is spread over two floors. In the lower area there is space for a bedroom and a bathroom. Both are barrier-free, so the ground floor is suitable for people with disabilities. Here are still the kitchen, laundry room, cozy dining table and ready to live, also without barriers.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a terrace and wonderful sea and mountain views.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
There are 4 parking spaces in front of the villa.
