Fue bueno, porque nos dio tranquilidad el sector donde se ubica el hotel, además podíamos guardar el auto en el estacionamiento del mismo. Lugar limpio, acogedor, agua caliente, calefacción, todo lo que necesitábamos.

Buena ubicación, a metros tan solo de la playa. Las instalaciones fueron deplorables... En el lava platos había una cañería en mal estado por lo que el agua salia de la cañería y se mojaba todo el piso, no pudimos usar el baño principal ya que al tirar la cadena del inodoro se salía el agua por debajo por lo que casi se inunda el departamento, solo usamos una vez el baño principal, los fogones de la cocina estaban en mal estado o estabas sucios ya que salía poco fuego. Al encender la llave para dar el agua caliente, el calefon sonaba como una explosión. Lo bueno fue la ubicación, el personal, ya que hicieron todo lo posible por ayudar y el estacionamiento.

Apart Hotel económico

Lo mejor del lugar es el precio, en general es un lugar acogedor y limpio pero antiguo. No tengo certeza de que sea un recinto familiar dado que fui con mis hijos y tuve reclamos por su bulla (natural en niños de 4 años), ese es un problema ya que se escucha la bulla entre pisos, me despertó el ruido del departamento de arriba.

Pesimo sercicio y aseo

El recepcionista, insiste en cobrar un monto superior al cual se realizo la reserva, inficando que hay un error en la página Hoteles.com, solo se recibio el pago en efectivo negandose a entregar la boleta respectiva, lo cual sera denunciado al SII, Una vez realizado el check in, se ingresa a la habitación, con aseo deficinete, sin toallas en el baño, sin nadie a quien acudir pornque la recepción solo funciona hasta las 19:00
