The location was outstanding. It is the most convenient to all the things you want to see in the city, so you can walk everywhere without any worries. It's only about 10 mins from the cathedral! We were traveling with a car, so we needed parking; the parking is a few doors down on the same street and about 9 euros a night, I think. While very convenient, it's got VERY driveways throughout the parking garage, so be aware of this. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. Hotel is clean and safe.

No parking for normal sedan size car. Was only told at check in car too big. Should be disclosed on website. Had to park in public car park on the other side of round about. Parked in front of hotel to unload luggage and take to room only, lucky there was a space at that time. Not so lucky on checkout as spaces were used by half a dozen of motorbikes and 2 other cars. Spaces only meant to be for 30 mns. So had to park at an angle with back of car poking out a little onto road to load luggage. No ramps for luggage, to get up to reception. No help from staff. Air conditioning not working properly. Room felt stuffy. Food was good. Convenient location.

Well located

It is very well located. Close to the Cathedral, Casa Botines, etc. Our room needed a hand to repair a broken refrigerator door. Difficult to shower without flooding the floor.

Lovely hotel in a great area. Staff were amazing. WiFi was great. Leon is a great city and this hotel is in the middle of it all. Parking across the street has exceptionally narrow tight turns.

Loved our stay in this hotel. Very comfortable, spacious room, clean and very good location for the tourist sights and restaurants. The only thing we missed was a tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We didn’t have breakfast as we preferred to go out for that. Reception was very helpful at all times.

Good hotel, quiet and good location. Excellent breakfast. Parking is difficult and/or very expensive. Room was a bit tired and small for a supposed superior room. In summary, served its purpose quite well, but nothing memorable apart from the struggle and expense of parking.

Comfy rooms, but bear in mind that all rooms are around the open atrium, so even on floor 5 where we were, you can hear reception in your room. Earplugs required. Breakfast was good. Our air conditioning didn't work, despite 3 trips to reception, nothing was done.
