Rent character house in Ardèche in Villeneuve-de-Berg - sleeps 10

Village house, former private mansion, with large rooms, courtyard and terrace located in Villeneuve de Berg, at the start of the Ibie valley, 25 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and 15 km from Aubenas and Vals les Bains.

The house has 2 levels (approximately 120m² each) and a space on the 3rd level (bathroom):
• on the first floor, a fully renovated kitchen, toilets, a dining room and two lounges - dining room and small lounge overlook the terrace.
• on the second floor, four bedrooms, one of which is large with 4 single beds, one with 1 double bed, 1 alcove with 1 120 cm bed and a closed alcove with a child's bed and two others with a double bed, ie total 10 to 12 beds; a bathroom with toilet.
• on the third a second bathroom with toilet.
The entrance is currently through the garage which overlooks the courtyard. This level also includes a wardrobe area, an entrance with stone staircase, a vaulted cellar which serves as storage space. The garage, large and cool in summer, serves as a play area (table tennis, table football, games for the little ones, etc.)
The house is not equipped with Wi-Fi.
The linen is provided.
Cleaning: the tenant must leave clean and tidy, the unmade beds and the used linen gathered in each room. A cleaning will be done for 60 € after your departure.

On the two rental periods, reduction of 10% on the second week if rental for the full fortnight. The rental can be either from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday, or add 1 additional night (cost 1 / 7th of the week)
