2 min. walk to catch tram into town. free airport shuttle was convenient. Nice rooms. comfortable bed. Breakfast looked nice, but was expensive, so we did not buy. We were also given free ticket to use on public transportation in Geneva. This was very convenient.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff but our family room was tiny with only a skylight as a window. Nowhere near enough cloths storage for a family so lived out of our suitcases for the week and even that was tricky to find room to store them.

We booked a family room for two adults and two kids. The staff was friendly and helpful (our best highlight) but the property was old and run down, smelly and very hot. The room we were given had a skylight that did not open (no regular windows) and the AC was broken. It was 40 degrees Celsius and we asked for a new room. They gave us two rooms with a full size bed each because there were no other family rooms. The rooms were very very small and uncomfortable. Overpriced for the quality.

AC wasn't working consistently by shutting off in the middle of the night and not resuming operation (may be broken thermostat); there was a particular smell in the area of main lobby; dining area wasn't very tidy.
