It features 5 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large induction hob, fridge and freezer), a spacious living room perfect for group relaxation, and a large dining area with a table for up to 12 guests. A washer and dryer are also available.

Relax in the private garden, enjoy an outdoor meal at the barbecue area with a table for 12, or take a dip in the heated 8 × 4 m pool. Thanks to sustainable construction with a heat‑pump, you’ll enjoy underfloor heating and efficient hot water all year round.
