Erwartungen übertroffen!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung war sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles was man braucht im Urlaub war da. Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Ein kleiner Punktentzug für ein schwaches WLAN was bestimmt leicht zu beheben ist. Wir hoffen sehr nochmal nach Sardinien und in diese Ferienwohnung fahren zu dürften. Noch mal vielen dank an Loredana und Sandro.

Super Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und in einem super Zustand! Alles was man brauch ist vorhanden! Ein Supermarkt ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Ich kann die Wohnung ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen!

Appartamento carino, pulito, buoni gli spazi, semplice nell’arredamento ma ideale per una vacanza al mare, c’è una bella terrazza dove poter fare colazione e cenare la sera. Buona posizione vicina al centro del paese e a due passi dal supermercato. Proprietari gentili. Non abbiamo trovato niente di negativo, appartamento da tenere in considerazione per un prossimo viaggio

Casa impeccabile in zona tranquilla. Con una breve e piacevole passeggiata si arriva al centro di Villasimius. Loredana e il marito premurosi e disponibili alle nostre esigenze di ceck in e ceck out. Prodighi di consigli sulle spiagge ( quali frequentare in base al tempo e al vento)sulle informazioni pratiche ( supermercato, regole della casa ecc. ) Vi ringraziamo calorosamente!

Bello e tranquillo

Abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Loredana e Sandro nelle due settimane centrali di agosto. L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma vicina ai servizi (supermercati e negozi) e il centro di Villasimius, che la sera diventa zona pedonale, è raggiungibile a piedi in cinque minuti. L’appartamento è ottimamente rifinito, con arredi recenti e funzionali e completo di servizi da cucina e attrezzature. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari, che hanno anche pensato di lasciare una dotazione di guide per gli ospiti desiderosi di scoprire la costa e le spiagge. Sicuramente suggeriremo questo contatto agli amici per una visita alle meravigliose cale della zona!

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 12 giorni a giugno 2019. Casa molto spaziosa per 4 persone, arredamento nuovo e molto ben accessoriata. Il balcone esterno è sempre riparato dal sole quindi ottimo per mangiare fuori, la casa si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla dove non ci sono problemi per il parcheggio supermercato a 200mt e in 5 minuti di passeggiata si è al centro di Villasimius. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili a ogni richiesta. Casa super consigliata

Super consigliato

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo, pulizia impeccabile, attrezzatissimo, a pochi passi dal centro e dalle comodità, supermercato a pochi passi e comodo e ampio parcheggio . I padroni di casa sono stati cordiali anche nel mettere a disposizione un lettino per la bambina e il seggiolone.

Bellissima abitazione, pulita e posizione ottima

Ottima l’accoglienza della Sig.ra Loredana, gentile e disponibile a ogni informazione. L’appartamento non manca di niente, ambiente molto pulito è comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Villasimius per una passeggiata serale. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno.

Ospitalità e appartamento ottimi

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 per una settimana. Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Loredana. In casa tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli. Il terrazzo consente di fare colazione e cena perchè bene in ombra e riparato. In posizione tranquilla in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro . Per il supermercato ancora meno. Tutte le bellissime spiaggie della zona sono a pochi minuti di macchina. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Da ritornare e da consigliare !

Alloggio di recente costruzione in zona tranquilla distanti pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di villasimius e qualche decina in auto dalle numerose località di mare ,pulitissimo , spazioso ,luminoso con arredo di pregio ,impianti funzionali,terrazzo ampio per gli utilizzi più svariati.Consigliabile per gli interessati.
