The living room and kitchen lead to the extraordinary exterior, where you'll find a covered area with an awning to enjoy outdoor meals, with table and chairs, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower. It has a Pool area, facing North, with some sun loungers to sunbathe. It has a garage with an electric gate to park your vehicle, with access through the interior.



- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of these with double beds (1 en-suite) and the remaining with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, one en-suite and another for common use by the remaining rooms. The main bedroom accesses a generous balcony, with Sea View, facing South.



The kitchen is equipped with: combined refrigerator, cooktop, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO brand capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and dishwasher.
