There's a north-facing pool area with sun loungers for sunbathing. There's a garage with an electric gate to park your car, with access from the inside of the house.
- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (1 en suite) and the other with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with baths, one en suite and the other for shared use with the other bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to a generous south-facing terrece with Ocean views.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.
