Welcome to 8V3 by AlgarveManta, a V3 house with sea view, located on the first line of Manta Rota Beach, ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends looking for a relaxing experience in the Algarve. This 110 m² property is spread over two floors and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen with combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Delta Q capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a large living and dining room and a bathroom with shower. There are two patios: one facing north with private parking and another facing south, with barbecue, sink, umbrella and ample space for socializing between family and friends.



The first floor has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds, including a suite room with a corner shower, as well as a family bathroom with a bathtub. The entire dwelling has air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort and connectivity during your stay.



The location is privileged: just 50 meters from Manta Rota Beach and 700 meters from Ria Formosa Natural Park, with easy access to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation. For golf lovers, the Quinta da Ria and Monte Rei golf courses are a short distance away.
