This 3-story property offers a comfortable and spacious experience, perfect for families, groups of friends or couples looking to relax in the Algarve.



On the ground floor, the dwelling has an entrance hall, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, and a spacious living and dining room that opens to the exterior. Outside, there is a large west-facing area, equipped with sun umbrella, barbecue, sink, table and chairs for outdoor meals. At the entrance of the property, facing east, there is a pergola with private parking inside the gate.



The first floor has 3 comfortable rooms: two with double beds (one being a suite with a corner shower) and one with two single beds. One of the rooms has a generous east-facing balcony. This floor also has two bathrooms, one en-suite and another with a bathtub for common use.
