Beautiful modern 2-bedroom semi-detached townhouse with sea views, a private pool, patio, garden and roof terrace is just a 2 minute walk to village restaurants and under 10 minutes' walk to the sandy blue flag beach at Burgau.

Gates at the front entrance open into a large covered outer area from where the front door opens into a small hallway. Just inside the front door is a guest bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin, and stairs from the hall lead to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs.

The delightful, bright living area has doors to the sunny patio and pool area where there are four sun loungers so you can soak up the sun beside the private pool. There is a charcoal BBQ and a patio table and four chairs for al fresco dining, or just to relax with a glass of some of the terrific local wines!
The lounge has a comfy couch and armchair from where you can enjoy views of the pool and patio. There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player and the adjacent dining table has 6 dining chairs.
A door from the living area leads to a separate, compact well-equipped kitchen which has an electric oven, ceramic hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen opens onto the sunny patio and pool area and charcoal BBQ, close to the patio table & chairs.
A stone staircase leads to the two en-suite bedrooms upstairs. First is the twin bedroom, which has a tiny veranda, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure, hand basin and toilet.
The Master Bedroom has a 5 ft bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower, bidet and toilet. Doors from this bedroom open onto a sunny veranda overlooking the pool. The veranda has a sea view an a table and two chairs to relax with a coffee or glass of wine.

From the upstairs corridor there is a glass door which leads to a private roof terrace.
There is free wi fi and full air conditioning and the villa and pool are well maintained.

Located on a quiet road with no through traffic, this lovely spacious, townhouse has free Wi Fi and full air conditioning. The villa and pool are well maintained and there is free parking at the front of the house, though a car is not necessary because everything in the village is within walking distance.

Burgau village is a firm favourite holiday destination for lots of people, which is not surprising considering its fabulous Blue Flag Beach, delightful cobbled streets and low-key friendly atmosphere. It has so many excellent restaurants serving fresh local fish and meat dishes, Portuguese and ethnic fare and also take-out choices. There is also an ATM and a few small supermarkets, gift shops and a church.
If you have a car then there is a fabulous coastline to explore with so many picture-postcard vistas of rugged cliffs and beautiful beaches and little harbours, while inland offers contrasting wooded hills, oak and cork forests, hillside villages, Monchique mountains and town with traditional handcrafts and foods, Silves with its huge intact Moorish fort and so much more to see!
