This is not a 5 star hotel. The management is very poor. They also practice silent race based discrimination where they give amenities like wine and upgrades or preferred rooms to White guests. The front desk staff lie a lot to deny black guests service

I thought the property was nice and the hotel staff was very nice and very helpful. I believe the receptionist in the front, Lily was so kind and helpful she even when out of here way to mail some postcards for my mother and helped us with all transportation. Everyone in dining area and servers were very kind to my daughter and well mannered. I did not like the location of the hotel. It is on a very high hill, pretty far from the basilica and it was a lot of walking for my mom and my daughter. I would have preferred a much more closer hotel to get back and forth to basilica easier. I was fine with the walking but my mother was not able to do it so we had to take taxis back and forth.

Beautiful hotel with view of the Sanctuary. Very nice amenities, rooms and spa/swimming pool! The staff is very curious and helpful and the on-site restaurant, is an experience not to miss!

This is such a lovely hotel! The rooms are delightful - spacious, clean, well appointed with a luxurious and comfortable bed. The view over to the Basilicas and town is stunning. The staff were a joy to deal with, super friendly and helpful. We wish we had booked additional nights. Highly recommended!

Best hotel in Lourdes

Amazing stay. This is the best hotel in Lourdes - the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and the spa facilities were lovely. Really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub jacuzzi and the swimming pool was just stunning. My room was very comfortable and had an amazing view of the sanctuary

I like that it is closer to St.Lourdes. They even upgraded our room 😊 Food was delicious-breakfast. Arthur our transporter was super friendly. Will recommend your Hotel and I want to go back in the future.

I had a horrible check out experience. Accused of all manner of things. Almost soured my entire stay at Lourdes and definitely eclipsed the otherwise decent stay. There needs to be clearer communication between the team members so they note things in their record like the payments made by of guests instead of harassing the guests as they try to leave . Very annoying.
