Beautiful house in Vieques. Very clean and comfortable. The check in process was smooth and easy. Plenty of towels, extra bedding and beach towels provided. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer for laundry. Owners provided chairs, umbrella, cooler and snorkel equipment for the beach. There were plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare some meals at the house, and full size refrigerator. Each area had a separate mini split that kept it comfortable. Very cute outdoor patio area with hammock. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants and a small food market. There are a lot of roosters on the island which the owners warned us about and also provided earplugs. My only suggestion would be to bring a sound machine also. Otherwise the house is perfect and would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends!

The location is within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and even the ferry (about 12 minutes).Neighbors aren't all that attractive, in comparison, but meaningless to the stay itself.Place was clean and had all the supplies you could ask for. One of the most supplied places I've ever rented.I'd stay again!

This home is modern, clean, and well furnished. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, sun shade, and cooler. The air conditioning works great, and the house was quiet. We loved being close enough to walk to the local bars and restaurants, and everything else we wanted to see and do was an easy 15-30 minute drive away. The host was responsive and communicated well. We absolutely would stay here again if we are fortunate enough to ever return to Vieques.

Our stay was comfortable except for a water leak on our bedroom celling (due to rainwater) that got our dresses wet. Good thing there was a dryer. Other than that, this is a cute little place perfect for a family. Restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. House is nicely equipped and stocked which was great.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and well taken care of. It’s well lit from the outside which was nice since the rest of the street was dark. Amenities were fully stocked and even included earplugs to help with the roosters that started before the sunrise. The backyard is adorable and we spent the mornings and evenings sitting back there. Check in and out were very easy. Walkable to grocery store, restaurants, and ferry. Would definitely stay here again!

Casa Carmin, by far, is the best VRBO I have visited with my family in Puerto Rico. The facilities are gorgeous, and the communication with our host was incredible. The small details definitely put this VRBO above other. Thank you for the snaks, water and coffee. We love the small details. I can't wait to visit Vieques again. I highly recommend Casa Carmin if you are visiting the Vieques, PR area.

Fantastic! Simply Fantastic!

I can't say enough positive things about this stay. The house is adorable, the beds are comfortable, and all of the amenities are thought of! The courtyard/ patio area is super cute and the hammock is amazing! The communication with the hosts was quick and full of information. I would 1000000% stay here again! The only downside that i can think of is that the shower pressure wasn't as high as we like it, but that's a personal preference. Ear plugs were provided, but we didn't need them. If you're a light sleeper, you may want them because of the roosters, but the house muted them pretty effectively. You may also want to bring a sleep mask as the house gets a lot of gorgeous light (which is fantastic) but may make sleeping in more challenging.

Perfect family base with amenities

This was the perfect base for our young family of 5 (with room for more if needed). A beautiful modern home, great location walkable to all things in Isabel II near the most popular restaurants, easy check in/out, excellent communication, and the amenities to make us comfortable between our beach trips and excursions. Impressively, when the entire island of PR had a power outage…we didn’t even know because the house has solar panels and multiple batteries to keep us powered nonstop. Even still, Juan reached out and stayed in touch with tips and updates to make sure our stay was uninterrupted. We were very fortunate to find this spot. Thanks Juan and Jeishi!

The property was clean and looks just like the pictures. Easy to walk to Seaglass Beach and restaurants in Isabel II. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Washer and dryer were convenient. Host stocked the house with lots of extras in case you forget anything, like toothpaste, laundry detergent. Back patio was pleasant for relaxing. very cold

The most beautiful, modern, clean, and awesome home we have ever stayed in. Completely renovated, all walls, doors, windows, a/c's, furniture, appliances, lights, lamps, TV's, bathroom, beds, sheets, kitchen utensils, WOW! I mean everything is so new. The outside is well light. The most beautiful and comfortable backyard with table and chirs and hammock. Incredible. Snacks, spare toothbrushes, soap for washing machine and also a dryer! Hot water that actually works. For the beach, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, snorkle, masks, & fins! This house is a must stay if you are comming to Vieques. Do not think twice. Amazing amazing amazing. Such a beautiful property exactly as described. Communication and check in instructions were prompt and clear. There were so many extras that made our stay so convenient from a coffee bar to laundry detergent etc etc.. The house was walkable to bars, restaurants, stores, a market, and more. We will absolutely be back & can’t recommend this place enough.
