Nice location, close to the river and night market. Clean and updated rooms. Nice selection at breakfast. Shower pressure was a bit low but nice and hot. Staff were very friendly.

Best thing about the hotel is the fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They assisted us again and again. Biggest help was getting train tickets to Luang Prabang.

The room was nice and spacious, the air conditioning was arctic cold, lots of amenities were provided. Breakfast was great! The BBQ pork was very tasty, congee, fried noodles were available. Some western options like eggs, sausages, bread, etc. were also options. The staff were caring and attentive. We would love to come back soon to Riverside Hotel. Thanks for being a part of our vacation!
