Disappointed

This hotel is a scam (at least for me). If you book through Expedia or Hotels.com. They will ask you to cancel booking upon checking saying that they don’t work anymore with these booking websites. They will ask you to book room as a walk-in guest. Guess what, when your you check your app to cancel online booking, it will say the booking is non-refundable. You will end up paying twice if you choose to stay in the hotel. Even this hotel has changed the name from Mekong hotel to 1M hotel. On another end, room is terribly managed. Air conditioner sings lullaby when you sleep (noisy), mosquitoes and insects can accompany you if you feel lonely. Squeaky bed, eating in the room not allowed and to list a few.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Arriving at the property they immediately said not to accept bookings from expedia.com any more and wouldn't give me a room unless I paid 370k at the desk. Also told me to cancel the booking but wasn't able to get a refund so paid twice for the room.. I suggest everyone to stay away from this hotel as it's not only very inconvenient but also quite dated and a bit dirty TV and some lights were broken also.
