Unacceptable

Was unable to access the property, got charged twice and currently struggling to get the money refunded. Got charged a third time following relocation to a different property. Ruined my stay in Vienna.

APARTAMENTO INEXISTENTE

No puedo opinar sobre este apartamento, ya que cuando fui a recoger la llave, no estaba. Me tuve que buscar la vida y encontrar a las 2 de la mañnaa un hotel en la zona, el cual , a día de hoy me he tenido que costear yo. Se supone que en la reserva pone que si llegas después de las 00:00 te tienes que poner en contacto con el alojamiento. Yo me puse en contacto con ellos xq no sabía la hora exacta ya que el avión llegaba sobre las 22:40 y me mandaron un sms en que no había problema en llegar tarde... cual fue mi sorpresa cuando llego allí, y al abrir el cajetín no hay llave. Llame a hoteles.com al día siguiente y el geta del apartamento les dice que no me he presentado y que he llegado más tarde de las 00:00. NO tiene ni idea de a que hora he llegado, dijo eso porque era a la hora que le empecé a mandar sms. Cosa curiosa, en la puerta había una bolsa con folletos, pinta tenían de haberlo dejado allí hace tiempo. otra cosa curiosa es que el buzón de ese apartamento estaba completamente reventado.... hoteles.com no se responsabilizó de nada y me dejo tirada en Viena.
