The suite features a cozy queen bedroom, a full bathroom with shampoo and body wash provided, and a living area with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. You'll have access to a full-size washer and dryer, a well-equipped kitchen area with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), microwave, and mini fridge, plus a dedicated workspace if you need to get work done.

PRIVATE ENTRANCE & SELF CHECK-IN
The suite has its own private entrance — you won't need to go through the main house. We use a Yale smart lock for keyless entry, so you'll receive a unique access code before your stay. Check-in is flexible and completely self-service.

Vienna is a charming town in Northern Virginia with excellent access to DC and surrounding attractions:
- 5-minute drive to Tysons Corner (premier shopping, dining, and entertainment)
- Walkable to Silver Line Metro stations (Spring Hill is a 24-minute walk, Greensboro is 30 minutes)
- About 25 minutes to downtown Washington, DC by car
- Close to the W&OD Trail for biking and walking

GOOD TO KNOW
- Cell service can be limited inside the basement suite — this is common for basement-level spaces in the area. WiFi calling works great as a workaround.
- The neighborhood is quiet, but as a basement unit you may occasionally hear footsteps or TV noise from upstairs.
- No smoking. No parties or events.
