Quiet Room near Wien Hbf

The hotel is conveniently located near Wien Hbf, with easy access to metro U1 and nearby trams. My room was clean, spacious enough for one person, and had a comfortable bed. Although I ended up with a room facing the back by chance, it was very quiet—perfect for resting after a long day. During a stretch of very hot weather, I requested an extra fan, but none were available. Thankfully, the room stayed cool enough at night with the windows open.

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. After i checked in I notice the wifi in my room was unstable and you can hear every possible noise. You can hear each time someone flushes their toiletes from the other rooms. I told the hotel worker and he said there is no other rooms available and the person that can gix the internet won't stop by the hotel till Monday after i checked in. On the second day, June 1st around 11:30-11:42 PM, I went down to ask the night auditor Herr Hot for some hot water, he completely ignored me for 12 minutes and the asked me to give him 15 more minutes when he did not have any customer present and was not doing anything. I replied to him ive been waiting for 12 minutes already he got mad. I then told him I simply need a kettle to heat up hot water for a tea. He said there's no hot water. I told him i wasn't asking for hot water, I asked to borrow the kettle to heat up water for my tea. He then started yelling at me claiming i was drunk and he was calling the police. I came from Hellstatt that day i was very tired and i don't drink another guest came down and started yelling at her. She did not even spek English and i was trying to translate for the guest he started screaming at me he is not going to give me the kettle to take to my room. This guy should not working with customer service. This was the worst hotel experience i have ever had. I not go back to this hotel again. Stay away. For away!

The room is super clean. Easy check in and out. Staff are friendly and helpful. We stored our backpacks before check in and after check out in order to maximize our sightseeing time. Location is so convenient to the train station, right across the street. We walked from the hotel to all main attractions. Super easy!!! Highly recommended!!

The location was fine by the train station but not many food choices. Really didn't hear any noise from the station. Issue was there was NO electrical outlet in bathroom so had to use blow dryer and curling iron in room where there is NO mirror. Also the weather was fine for us but beware there is NO Air Conditioning. If the weather is hot you will be uncomfortable.
