Not great maintenance of the bathroom facilities

The hotel was overall good. However, several mosquitoes were coming out from the sink every time we tried to use it, which was very unpleasant and disgusting. I think the hotel should spray the sinks with a product that prevents larvae from remaining in the humid areas and proliferating. This is a basic sanitation measure that can even be done using eco-friendly products, such as baking soda. I was not expecting this bad experience in a city like Vienna.

Absolutely stunning hotel - the attention to detail throughout was fantastic. Staff were wonderful also, would highly recommend. A visit to the rooftop bar is a must!

August weekend in Wien at MOTTO!

We LOVED MOTTO! We stay in a lot of hotels and this is one of our most loved EVER! It is funky--bathtub in the bed chamber area; free standing, enclosed shower on the far side of the room, etc. We loved those eccentricities! Also some fun books--Andy Warhol--in the room. We hit the bar every night, the roof top lounge (not to be missed), and the small cafe out back. The service was incredibly professional and I really felt everyone of them cared about what I needed or wanted. This we really a great experience and world class boutique hotel!

Honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was so comfortable, clean and everything was thought of. Food was super and there was a great variety for breakfast and dinner. All staff were attentive and super helpful, I was really sad to leave!

Very hip spot in the heart of shopping area

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Vienna. The room was a mix of modern meets Great Gatspy. Spacious with all the amenities. They have a small gym on the 7th floor along with a full restaurant and roof bar (weather permitting). Staff were helpful in directions and arranging transportation when needed. We especially enjoyed their breakfast and lunch coffee spot which we frequented before our adventures into the City center. Highly recommend.

The rooms are so spacious, the staff is incredible, the Restaurnat delightful, the concierge and front desk staff exceeded my expectations with very helpful tips of the city. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the entire property is conveniently located close to a lot of Viennas premier attractions. Wonderful shopping district filled with restaurants. This place is a true gem.

The property was beautiful, and the staff was excellent. I have been to Vienna many times before and for some reason I thought it was closer to the.Kartner walking Street. It was on a walking street, but not one of the nicer ones.
