The breakfast was tasty and great, but it was NOT free. It actually was quite expensive compared to other options we found the other days. The fragrance in the lobby was a nice touch. Staff was professional & very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, and smaller, but very good efficient use of the space. Would stay again, and dine at Flava for dinner.

Location was perfect, near the Opera House and a short walk to St. Stephens. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our bathroom opened up onto a balcony with a view of Karntner Strasse. Good selection for breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommend because of the central location.

This hotel was amazing! It was in the centre of everything. We walked everywhere. Front reception Staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the staff looking after them were hard working and helpful. Overall I’d come back to this hotel. Love love loved it. ;)

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of the shopping, cathedral and opera districts, only a short walk to all the famous landmarks, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The building itself is mesmerisingly beautiful, dripping everywhere you look with all the history and splendor of its palatial origins. Cons: None. This will be the hotel I stay at for every trip back to Vienna.
