The house is in the 20th district (Brigittenau) on a quiet alley right by the Augarten – the oldest and perhaps most beautiful baroque park in Vienna. All everyday shops are within a maximum of a five-minute walk.The spacious apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has three bathrooms, two WCs, a fully-equipped kitchen. A cot or supplementary bed can be provided on request for a fee. Free Wi-Fi, a library and a grand piano are available.There is a small balcony facing the Augarten. A payable garage parking space is available on request. Pets are only allowed on request.It is right by the Augarten that has a children’s and family leisure pool and playgrounds in summer.
