Asunnon sijainti oli erinomainen. Kävelyetäisyydellä oli paljon katsottavaa, ruokakauppa, ravintoloita ja kahviloita. Myös julkiset liikenneyhteydet olivat erinomaiset. Huoneisto oli siisti ja ihan toimiva. Yhteydenpito Vrbo:n kanssa toimi erinomaisesti.
