The guest does not receive precise instructions for self check-in before arrival and cannot be sure whether he will have a reserved parking space. It is imperative to insist on self check-in before setting off on a trip! Breakfast modest but satisfactory. The lady in the restaurant was not informed that breakfast is included in the reservation if the reservation is made through hotels.com. Cleanliness of the room, restaurant and facility 4 out of 5 - quite good. We stayed in a triple room on the 5th floor. The biggest problem is poor communication between the few staff (manager on the internet, restaurant staff, support at the reception). A hotel with great potential and average implementation that may cause problems for some. Location excellent, close to Schoenbrunn, U-bahn and tram stations.
